I have known WTM Construction since 2017. Thomas is the best builder I have ever met . Not only did he build my personal home, I suggested his company to many of my friends and clients to have him build for them. His integrity and work ethic is beyond any builder I ever worked with. I sell real estate and have client after client tell me how grateful they were to have him build their home. When I list a home time and time again, I am asked if it is a WTM home because of the reputation. People always want his home if they are not building a new one but on the market for a home that is already completed

Satisfied Clients

WTM went out of their way to ensure our happiness throughout the entire project. Everyone in the company was very professional and easy to work with. It has been 4 years since our home was built and we have not had any issues with the quality or construction. They went above & beyond our expectations.

Best builder we have ever used. We have moved around the country six times and by far this is the best home and experience we ever had. Extremely organized, does what they say they will do & so easy to work with.

Satisfied Client

WTM built our home in an exclusive mountain golf community. We could not be any happier. They manage tradespeople well & know how to satisfy demanding buyers with finesse. Our home is built with the highest quality. Our experience was very positive with this custom home builder. We have several friends that also had their homes built by WTM and everyone loved working with WTM.

My wife and I have been lucky enough to live in a home that WTM built. We have friends that are in awe over the construction, nothing ever went unnoticed, every detail is taken personal by Mr. Mitzel. He looks at each home as if he would be living in it himself.

Satisfied Client

My home is amazing! My son and I have lived here for 4 years, and I am so happy that we had WTM Construction built it. We love everything about the home; they listen to what our needs were, ventured out on what they called ” field trips ” with them to pick out our cabinets, granite, flooring, plumbing and lighting. Each step of the build they sent us pictures and had us do walk throughs as needed.

When I decided to have window shutters installed, the gentleman that measured the windows said it was the first home; he had measured that all frames were exact. WTM homes are always in demand in our community. Even when a WTM home hits the resale market, the realtors always state it is a WTM home to let potential buyers know they are going to view the best.
